The FIND-STEM project aims to improve and highlight STEM and STEAM education in Romania, Greece and Portugal by equipping teachers with new teaching and learning methodologies that are inclusive, diverse and orientated towards gender equality, real-world applications and creativity.

In implementing the project we will implement the following outcomes:

• Continuing Professional Development curriculum on strengthening STEM with an integration of the arts, an emphasis on involving girls and promoting creativity and fun in learning
• Compendium of resources on integrating arts and creative approaches into STEM subjects
• Compendium of WebQuests and digital Breakouts on reinforcing STEM for students
• Teacher training courses for 45 teachers and 45 certified teachers
• 30 STEM classes based on creativity and the arts for 300 students and 300 certified students.
• Arts, creativity and fun learning symposiums for STEM for 90 teachers, pedagogical counsellors, education experts and stakeholders
